WELLNESS: AI IN PHARMA
Novo (the company behind Wegovy + Ozempic) is partnering with Anthropic to use Claude in drug research, where it could help scientists work through complex biological questions and speed up parts of the development process. Novo already says it’s used AI to cut some clinical-trial documentation from months to minutes. It’s part of a much bigger push across pharma to see whether AI can shorten a drug-development process that traditionally takes years.
