Tavangarian spent several years acquiring the 1.3-acre land and finished the house in late 2023, choosing to wait until everything was perfect before listing it. Tavangarian is an experienced luxury home developer started to built spec homes to cater to the CEOs, who he noticed wanted turnkey properties without having to make the thousands of decisions involved with design and longevity.

BUSINESS: FURTHERING METABOLIC HEALTH WITH OURA
ŌURA, a Finnish company founded over a decade ago, aims to improve people's health through personalized technology. Originally focused on sleep, ŌURA has expanded to provide a holistic view of health, including metabolic health—an area of growing interest among its users.
