This trend is heavily reflecting a shift away from traditional retirement communities, with buyers seeking environments that prioritize holistic health and preventative care alongside luxurious accommodations.

WELLNESS: FERTILITY RATE DROPPED TO LOWEST IN 2023
The fertility rate in the United States reached a record low in 2023. There were about 55 births per 1,000 women aged 15-44, a 3% decrease from 2022. This could be due to factors such as delayed marriages, longer education periods, and changing attitudes towards family size. While there was a brief uptick in 2021, possibly due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the overall trend remains downward.
