WEALTH: NVIDIA REPORTS 600% PROFIT
Nvidia once again surpassed Wall Street expectations with its latest earnings report, reporting profits of $6.12 per share and $26 billion in revenue for the quarter ending April 30th which means year-over-year increases of 628% and 268% respectively. This was driven by growth in Nvidia's AI-focused datacenter business, which generated $22.6 billion in revenue, a 427% jump from the prior year. This is Nvidia's highest ever quarterly revenue and net income. To make its shares more accessible to investors, Nvidia also announced plans for a 10-for-1 stock split in early June.

REAL ESTATE: PARADISE VALLEY’S PANDEMIC RUSH IS OVER
This affluent Phoenix suburb is still noting record-breaking luxury home sales and land deals, even as the pandemic real estate boom cools, but a recent transaction still includes a $42 million sale for 27 acres of undeveloped land. A $14 million Spanish Revival-style home (built in 2021) has been on the market for over a year now! While demand has averaged out a bit in comparison to the pandemic peak, brokers say high-end buyers are still paying premium prices.

BUSINESS: NATURIUM WILL BE LAUNCHING IN ULTA
The viral skincare brand Naturium, rapidly gaining popularity since its 2019 launch, will be expanding into Ulta Beauty stores this summer. This major retail rollout was announced by parent company e.l.f. Beauty during its recent earnings call, marking another milestone for the brand since its $355 million acquisition last August. Under e.l.f's ownership alongside brands like e.l.f. Cosmetics and Keys Soulcare, Naturium has seen serious growth, with CEO Tarang Amin touting its widespread U.S. distribution through Target, Amazon and direct-to-consumer channels. Amin also highlighted e.l.f. Beauty's over $1 billion in annual net sales and 21 consecutive quarters of growth.
