WORK LIFE: THE POWER MOVE OF WORKING 5-9 BEFORE YOUR 9-5
A "fly and die" habit has been popular as of the past few years which involves waking up extremely early to power through important tasks before starting other work. Those who try this (in an office setting) say it allows them to get a head start on their day & leave mid-afternoon for personal commitments, without looking like they’re slacking off. Even if you work from home, setting a certain time range for specific work can completely change the game.

BUSINESS: FENDI’S FIRST FRAGRANCE COLLECTION
Fendi, a family brand, has launched seven fragrances, each one conceived by a family member as a personal tribute. The scents honor relatives like the brand's founders as well as childhood memories, especially at the family's countryside estate I Casali del Pino. For Silvia Venturini Fendi, who oversaw the project, her scent evokes the peace and adventure of that estate. Her daughters also have scents representing their children and memories there. Together, the line marks a "new century" for Fendi by bottling their 100-year family history and legacy.

WEALTH: MONEY PROBLEMS? CALL A FINANCIAL THERAPIST
Besides the average (“normal”) stress, as of recently, money has become worrisome for lots of folks due to inflation & job losses. These folks are turning to financial therapists for help with mental health and financial planning. By raising self-awareness, financial therapists strive to guide people to make sounder financial choices. Though still a relatively niche field, interest in financial therapy appears to be growing as people struggle with monetary stressors and the negative effects of it on their lives.

About Time is a rom-com film which follows Tim Lake (Domhnall Gleeson), a young man who learns from his father (Bill Nighy) that the men in their family possess the ability to travel through time. With this newfound power, Tim decides to use it to find love and win over the woman of his dreams, Mary (Rachel McAdams). As he navigates through different timelines and experiences, Tim realizes that time travel can't solve all his problems or make him truly happy. He learns valuable lessons about living in the present moment, appreciating the ordinary aspects of life, and cherishing the time he has with his loved ones.

ON RESILIENCE: She stood in the storm and when the wind did not blow her way, she adjusted her sails. — Elizabeth Edwards

The ability to adapt and persevere in the face of adversity or challenges, much like adjusting the sails of a ship to navigate through a storm is a skill that can take a lifetime to learn, but bring you a ton of peace. It underscores the importance of flexibility, determination, and inner strength to overcome obstacles and continue moving forward despite difficult circumstances.
