FASHION: CELINE LAUNCHING A PILATES COLLECTION
Celine is expanding its lifestyle offerings with a new Pilates collection launching in October, tapping into the global Reformer Pilates trend. The collection includes a high-end Reformer machine featuring the brand's signature Triomphe monogram, along with workout accessories, activewear, and complementary items like gym bags and water bottles. Creative director Hedi Slimane photographed the campaign in Malibu, featuring brand ambassador Kaia Gerber. This launch coincides with Celine's entry into the beauty market, beginning with a lipstick release this autumn and plans for a broader makeup line in the future, marking the brand's first foray into cosmetics in its nearly 80-year history.

BUSINESS: TARGET TAPS INTO SHOPIFY TO ADD SELLERS
Target is partnering with Shopify to expand its third-party marketplace, Target Plus. The main goal of this is to bring new and trendy brands to Target's website, potentially boosting its e-commerce growth and overall sales. Yes, Target Plus is smaller than competitors' marketplaces, but in the past year alone, it’s shown significant growth. Target's is really putting effort into revitalizing sales and compete with other retailers in the e-commerce space.

REAL ESTATE: GEN Z PUTTING HOMEOWNERSHIP ON HOLD
A recent analysis revealed that Gen Z, those aged 12-27, are facing significant challenges in achieving homeownership. Only 18% of adult Gen Zers own homes or are married to homeowners. High living costs, including rent and bills, make saving for a down payment quite difficult. As a result, over half of young adults under 25 still live with their parents. Despite these challenges, the majority of Gen Zers still aspire to own homes, though they may delay this goal due to later marriages and family formation. The analysis also revealed that some young adults prioritize renting in desirable locations over homeownership in less central areas.

Soho House Paris is set in a 19th-century building which was the former home of French artist and poet. Another option is Hotel Raphael which is the deifition of true tradition. This hotel also has a beautiful rooftop!

DO: Shopping and Paris go hand-in-hand therefore, you’ll want to head to Galeries Lafayette and of course any of the other designer stores like Chanel, Celine, and don’t forget vintage shopping. For a relaxing activity, head to the Dior Spa, Spa Guerlain, or Ritz Spa. There are also plenty of beautiful museums to visit.
