LIFESTYLE: EREWHON SELLING A SUNSCREEN SMOOTHIE
Erewhon has done it again by launching a "Sunscreen" smoothie in partnership with the sunscreen brand Vacation. The $9 smoothie is made with coconut milk, coconut water, banana, and aloe vera to mimic the scent of Vacation's classic sunscreen lotion. While pricy for a smoothie, it fits Erewhon's reputation for offering premium and unconventional products.

TRAVEL: SOBER TRAVEL IS THE NEXT BIG TREND
“Dry tripping" is on the rise, as younger generations are prioritizing wellness and mindfulness over alcohol consumption. People seem to be seeking more meaningful travel experiences without hangovers or late nights out. The hospitality industry is adapting by improving mocktail menus and carrying faux-alcohol brands to create these drinks!

BUSINESS: SUPERGOOP PLANS TO SEIZE SUMMER
Supergoop, a sunscreen brand now in its 19th year, is launching a summer campaign to cement itself as the go-to sunscreen brand. The campaign aims to help consumers navigate Supergoop's extensive collection of nearly 50 different sunscreen formulas to find the perfect fit for their skin type and needs. By acting as a "sunscreen concierge," Supergoop wants to guide customers to their ideal sunscreen match. The phased campaign kicked off by sending "sunscreen concierges" to the homes of influential creators in LA to provide personalized product recommendations.

A prep school teacher is forced to stay on campus during winter break to babysit the kids who have nowhere to go. Surprisingly enough, he ends up bonding with one of those troublemaker students and it only gets better when the school’s head cook (that recently lost her son) gets involved in the equation.

ON HABITS: "If you're having trouble sticking to a new habit, try a smaller version until it becomes automatic. Do less than you're capable of, but do it more consistently than you have before." - JAMES CLEAR

Building new habits can be challenging, but incredibly rewarding when you succeed. Often, people try to take on too much too soon when forming a habit, setting unrealistic expectations that lead to burning out and giving up. Rather than trying to run 5 miles a day if you're just starting an exercise habit, commit to a 15-minute walk daily. Instead of drastically overhauling your diet, substitute one unhealthy snack for something nutritious. Building a habit takes time as you train your brain's neural pathways.

The right sunglasses can pull together an entire summer look while also protecting your eyes from harmful UV rays. But with so many styles out there, it can be tricky to know which frames will actually flatter your specific face shape and features. Luckily, there are some easy guidelines to follow when selecting shades that will complement your unique bone structure, your eye color, and also your skin tone.
