Disney and Balmain have joined forces to celebrate the 30th anniversary of The Lion King. The limited-edition ready-to-wear collection is designed by the Creative Director, Olivier Rousteing, and is inspired by African artisanal traditions. The collection incorporates Balmain's signature elements while showcasing new African artists, such as South African painter Nika Mtwana. It’s also highlighted in a short film shot in South Africa, emphasizing the collection's connection to African heritage and creativity.

A Family Affair is a new rom-com on Netflix featuring Nicole Kidman, Zac Efron, and Joey King. Zara (Joey King) is Chris’ (Zac Efron) assistant who is a young celebrity. Chris ends up falling for Brooke (Nicole Kidman) who is Zara’s mother. Brooke faces conflict over being a mother and also a woman reclaiming her identity and sexuality.
