TRAVEL: DELTA IS BEING SUED OVER TECH OUTAGES
Delta Air Lines is facing a class action lawsuit from customers who claim the airline refused to provide refunds after a major global tech outage last month. This outage caused thousands of flight cancellations and people want their $ back. The lawsuit also includes the fact that Delta failed to provide meal, hotel, and transportation vouchers to impacted passengers and has continued to ignore requests for reimbursement of those expenses. The U.S. D.O.T. (department of transportation) is investigating Delta's response to the outage.
